Senior Credit Specialist (6 Months Maternity Cover)
Job Description:
- Using data and analytics, develop credit risk strategies for Retail Assets across the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze diverse data to inform risk strategies aligned with credit policy and regulations.
- Design, implement, and refine data-driven risk strategies for lending products.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for unsecured lending.
- Monitor and assess performance against key indicators and risk appetite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align risk strategies with business goals.
- Lead documentation efforts and adhere to risk approval processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of credit risk analysis experience.
- Proficiency in strategy development, customer segmentation, and credit policy.
- In-depth understanding of local regulations for unsecured lending.
- Strong analytical and technical skills for data-driven decision-making, including SQL and Python programming proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
