Responsibilities:
- To conceptualize, design and implement automation systems to enhance productivity
- To test and commissioning electrical and automation system.
- To integrate robot system to existing manufacturing machinery to achieve automation to improve overall manufacturing efficiency and productivity improvement.
- To troubleshoot, repair current factory automation hardware, software and interface issues, maintaining the system to ensure full functionality and reliability.
- To design, modify and implement end of arm tooling (EOAT) with robot system of molding machine to required function in efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Keep abreast of latest developments in industrial automation technology and introduce them to company to achieve cost savings and productivity improvements.
- To support any work activities related to industry 4.0 initiative companywide.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Min. 2 years’ experience in automation industry
- C/C++, PLC, HMI, TCP/TP and Serial Programming
- Knowledge in industrial sensors, motors and robots.
- Independent and good team player
