Students who embark on this internship program with William Tan Organisation will get on a Journey of self-discovery, Financial Empowerment and knowledge of Entrepreneurship. William Tan Organisation is a group of agency units of Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Ltd. As an Organisation, we have been offering Summer Internship positions for students who want to challenge themselves and have a phenomenal experience working in the financial industry. With a strong system and internship programme, together with dedicated mentors, William Tan Organisation has in the past successfully groomed many interns into Agency Leaders and also MDRT Financial Consultants upon their graduation, attaining financial freedom and success. Internship Responsibilities & Learning Objectives
Interns will be responsible for and learn to become proficient in the following areas:
· Customised digital marketing techniques, creation of social media identity and presence and market segmentation
Entry Requirements
We are looking for result-oriented and talented individuals who are keen to learn and develop a good understanding in the financial industry in Singapore.
Candidates must possess at least:
● A full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level,
● International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification,
● Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore,
or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
