With projects in Singapore, South-East Asia and Middle East, we deliver integrated consultancy services in different sectors such as Metro & Rails, Institutional, Industrial, SemiConductor/Pharma, Residential, Airports, Infrastructure Works, etc.
We are looking for experienced and dedicated engineers to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Carry out feasibility, conceptual, preliminary and detailed design for building services in public, commercial, industrial and mixed development projects.
- Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, tender document, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.
- Design engineering works and calculations in compliance with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Code of Practices.
- Attend/chair technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Carry out consultations with local authorities and agencies.
- Manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties to ensure the project is executed successfully till completion.
- Review shop drawings, installation method statements and product samples/ catalogue submitted by contractors.
- Carry out site inspection of M&E installations to ensure compliance to design, specifications and authority requirements.
- Provide necessary guidance, training to junior engineers and provide assistance on their technical / professional development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably recognised by Professional Engineers Board in Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in carrying out detailed design, project management and supervision in building engineering services with minimum 3 years in engineering consultancy.
- Willing to travel overseas for short duration based on project requirements.
