Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in all human resouce functions and adminstrative matters of the company
- Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding, etc
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records and update MYOB accurately and promptly
- Must have payroll administrative experience
- WP , SP , EP Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees
- Incharge of all type of insurance and renewal
- Booking air ticket for work pass expiry depart them back hometown.
- In charge of all relevant matter for all employees
- other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
- 5 years’ working experience in handling full spectrum of HR & administrative roles, preferably in construction industry
- Possess basic knowledge MYOB Payroll ie Ms Word, Excel etc.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, foreign work pass procedures
- Required Language : English and Mandarin / Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin to correspondence in all feedback and queries of Chinese speaking customer
- Ability to work independently and with a team. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Resilient and able to work in a fast pace environment
