Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Keep track of office supplies & order stationery
- Supporting employees by facilitating communications and interactions between internal and external parties
- Run errand for office support when required
- Arrange service support for office equipment
- Handling of day-to-day accounts related administrative work
- Maintain proper filling records
- Any ad-hoc assignment when required
1. Diploma/ Certificate at least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
3. Positive working attitude, independent, initiative, meticulous, flexible and a good team player.
4. Able to multi-task and perform duties under pressure.
5. Able to relate well with staff of all levels.
