Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a sales team, set performance goals and objectives, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Maintain good rapport and business relationships with existing customers in related M&E products.
- Develop strong working relationship with customers through interpreting customers' needs and ensuring customers' satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.
- Understand market trends, customer’s changing requirements to develop and plan sales strategies.
- Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines
- Conduct Products & Technical Presentation/Demonstration to Consultants / Architects / Main & Sub Contractors.
- All related Sales and Marketing duties. (Projects follow up, Preparation of Quote, Project submission, Site meeting and collection)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth highly preferred.
- Knowledge in Plumbing & Sanitary and experience in liaising with Consultants & Architects will be an advantage.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification in any Engineering field.
- At least 4 years of technical or engineering sales preferably in Building M&E.
- Able to communicate at all levels of building industries including architects & developers.
- Communication in English & Chinese is essential in order liaise with client/supplier from China.
Salary negotiable with transport & mobile allowances.
Remuneration package is subject to experience & qualification.
