Job Responsibilities :
- Reporting to the Project Manager/ Project Director/ Business Unit Head
- Manage all M&E works and issues at site in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
- Conduct periodic inspections for all M&E systems
- Ensure all M&E and related works carried out by sub-contractor are planned and executed to the requirements of the project
- Manage the procurement of equipment and labour according to the allocated budget
- Deployment and storage of M&E materials and equipment delivered by sub-contractors
- Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation/ T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project team
- Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on M&E works progress, coordination and decisions
- Drive the implementation of innovative M&E initiatives and practices on site to improve productivity and achieve lean outcome
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in Main Contractor involving M&E works
- Good safety knowledge and attitude
- Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
