Job Responsibilities
1. Handle full set of accounts.
2. Handle Quarterly GST submission.
3. Deal with External Auditors and Tax Agent for annual auditing and Income Tax filling.
4. Assist in other ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.
5. Must be able to communicate with our colleagues in China in Chinese as some of our Chinese colleagues do not speak English. Also, the accounting software is in Chinese language for our China office.
6. Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting.
2. Accounting knowledge and experience: QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero.
3. Experience in Engineering/Construction/Shipbuilding Industry is added advantages.
4. Ability to work as a team effectively in a diverse work group.
5. Accountability, initiative, and wiliness to learn.
