Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claims and liaise with clients on claims and variation costs.
- Prepare quotations, compare prices, and prepare bill of quantities for tender.
- Conduct cost analysis and contract administration.
- Preparing and submission of Tenders and contract documents
- Perform quantity surveying for projects.
- Any relevant duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Mechanical QS and knowledgeable in market unit rate.
- Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
