Job Summary
- Assign and support routine/ non-routine lab daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage team to fulfill testing needs and achieve KPIs.
- Perform routine/non-routine testing as required.
- Provide training and coaching to other team members.
- Revise SOP/forms when necessary
- Lead and drive improvement projects
- Support analysis and report testing result and trend. Provide timely feedback to area owner if abnormality observed. Perform periodical evaluation of test process.
- Perform investigation and report writing of Non-Conformance records with complete and accurate information.
- Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and compliance to all applicable laws and regulations
- Support implementation of assigned projects and HSE related activities
- Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor according to business needs.
Key requirements:
- Min Nitec in any Chemical related course
- Min 1 year experience in lab environment
