Job Scope:
- Actively source and assess potential suppliers for purchasing electronics materials, machinery, and mechanical parts.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure better pricing, quantities, and delivery terms.
- Conduct supplier evaluations through research and comparison of specifications and pricing, proposing alternative options to engineers for approval.
- Track outstanding orders and expedite deliveries as necessary.
- Prepare purchase orders and issue requests for proposals or quotations (RFPs/RFQs) to suppliers.
- Collaborate with Finance and Store departments to resolve discrepancies between delivery orders and invoices.
- Work with Quality Control to address any quality issues with suppliers.
- Participate in yearly audits for ISO9001 & 14001 compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Candidate with relevant procurement/purchasing experience are welcome to apply.
