This individual will be under the supervision of the R&D manager, supporting product research, design, testing, and operational deployment to ensure project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product study and design, assisting in the preparation of technical specifications.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct tests to identify product defects.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues to determine root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, support, and project) to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Document testing procedures, results, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Technology.
- Experience in Retail Software support; with knowledge in Product Master setup, Inventory Management, Promotion Management, Sales Ordering and Purchase Ordering workflow will added advantage.
- Prior product management and support experience in the POS industry is a definite plus.
