Job Summary
This individual will work in the Digital Innovation team to develop software solutions with integrations to external systems.
The individual will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in the market and is expected to demonstrate keen learning ability and enthusiasm for things he/she has not previously worked with. He/She would like to challenge the current business process to seek optimal efficiency and impact and be part of the solution.
He/She has worked with multiple programming languages and platform, and can demonstrate flexibility to adapt his/her technical capability and to be able to understand business requirements.
Job Description
- Discuss and understand the business requirements
- Able to make improvement suggestions to add efficiency
- Develop software solutions according to the business requirements using multiple tools
- Integrate the solutions with external systems including SAP, other web applications, building devices such as sensors
- Work with machine learning, AI, IOT and low-code application platforms
- Actively seek out new products and understand new technologies that can be leveraged in the solutioning process to make recommendations that provides optimal value to our users
- Be part of a team that will Identify potential opportunities to develop products that will enjoy potential commercial success.
Key Qualification
- A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- More than 1 year of experience working with software development
- Able to demonstrate adaptability and experience with different software development tools
- Able to consider security, performance and future maintenance in the solutioning process
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders and operate in an environment of high volatility
