Responsibilities
- Involve in project planning including project quality and implementation plans, establishing timelines and allocating resources.
- Develops project schedules inclusive coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that tasks are completed on time to meet project deadlines.
- Managing labor, equipment, and materials effectively to ensure efficient project execution.
- Identifying the potential risks to the project and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Creating and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project executed within budget constraints.
- Able to handle issues related to safety, environmental concerns, and local regulatory compliance.
- Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and specifications outlined in the project plans and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, technician and workers.
- Stay update with the latest trends, tools and methodologies in project management.
Qualification
- At least 5 years experiences in related role.
- Holds a degree or diploma in a Civil Construction or relevant to Project management
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft project
- Good technical knowledge regarding light weight structure, building envelopes and roofing.
Skills
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Self-driven and effective time management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
