This position reports to Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
(A) Event Administration
- Manage learning administration-related activities such registration, billing and attendance tracking.
- Provide support such as preparation of course materials, scheduling, course registrations, enrolments and pre / post event reports.
- Manage accreditation and related processes by coordinating with the Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE).
- Coordinate marketing of course/ programme/ events with internal partners.
- Coordinate publicity and handling online/ offline registrations.
- Participate in or lead event execution, including on-site registrations and providing logistical support.
- Coordinate and prepare logistics for learning activities, including venue and facilities setup, catering, stationery, gifts, etc.
- Assist the team in administrative matters, such as processing vendor payments, compiling and analyzing participant feedback, and preparing reports for internal and external reviews.
(B) Speaker Management
- Manage speakers (including arranging for pre-event discussion sessions, partners, sponsors, and stakeholders).
(C) Merchandise Management
- Coordinate with internal departments for the production of SAL merchandise.
- Collaborate with vendor(s) for sourcing, ordering, and overseeing deliveries.
- Plan and supervise merchandise distribution to our members.
- Conduct stocktaking and prepare relevant reports.
(D) Administration of Learning Management System (LMS)
- Administer user accounts on the LMS.
- Upload and distribute course materials through the LMS.
- Monitor learner progress and prepare learning progress reports.
- Liaise with LMS vendors/suppliers for support.
(E) Learner Management
- Manage learner records and database processes.
- Manage course registrations and enrolments.
- Assist in the orientation and onboarding of learners.
- Deal with learner enquiries.
- Collect feedback from learners.
(F) Others
- Undertake any other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
KEY SPECIFICATIONS :
- Minimum diploma or at least 3 years’ relevant working experience.
- Experience in educational administration, programme coordination, or a related field, preferably in a higher education or adult learner setting would be an advantage.
- Experience with using and administering learning management systems would be an advantage.
- Is a team player and able to build positive and productive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal, writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Meticulous, resourceful and organised.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
