Main Functions & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Implementation of SOPs and comply GMP Guidelines.
- Control Quality of products and Assure Quality of HST Products as written SOPs.
- Sampling, arrange sample for the test according to the Specifications. After completion of the test Check analytical Reports and decide.
- Perform calibration of Machines according to the Calibration Master Plan and process Validation.
- Stability Study, Retention sample, Control of Documents and Product files.
- Product Quality Review and Risk Management.
- Manage Retention sample room.
- Environmental Monitoring of Production Area.
- New formulation and Research and Development of HST products.
- Conduct GMP Training and Internal Audit.
- Any other Ad-hoc assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/ Dip. In Chemical Process Technology.
- Prefer 2 years’ experience in GMP or ISO Quality standard regulated factory. (Training will be provided)
- Honesty and reliability
