Job description:
Customer service
1. Respond to potential clients' enquiries, and assist with the coordination with our clinicians.
2. Respond to the room renters enquiries, attend to their visits and assist in the onboarding process.
3. Outreach and publicity to promote mental wellness
4. Reception duties
Administrative support
1. Verified the claims by our clinicians matches the screenshots they submit for their monthly claims.
2. Verified that the payment made for the therapy room matches the room booking.
3. Assist in the updating of our website and social media
4. To assist in the centre's daily operation, including ensuring our centres are in good position.
Requirements
1. Honest, trustworthy
2. Able to work with minimum supervision
3. Independent but also a team player
4. Customer oriented with pleasant disposition
5. Coordination skills
6. Knowledge of Microsoft office, including excel, words and PowerPoint
7. Proficient in written and spoken English
8. Strong knowledge of social media, such as facebook, tik tok and Instagram
9. A keen eye for design and aesthetic
Advantage:
Interest in mental health and psychology
Able to use apple Macbook, or at least willing to learn
Education:
Minimum advanced diploma or degree in business, marketing, counselling, psychology, or related discipline.
Must be proficient in written and spoken English
Working Hours
Full time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with two Saturday afternoon per month (open for discussion)
Part-time: 9am to 1pm or 1pm – 6pm
Remuneration
Fulltime: $2,500 to $3,600 (depending on experience)
