Responsibilities:
- Assist operation / logistics manager in carrying out duties.
- Customer Order processing and monitoring shipment status.
- Shipment coordination with Forwarder and Trucker.
- Generate shipment report.
- Update and file shipping documents.
- Perform invoicing to customer.
- Assist program on daily report / data support.
- Perform shipment declaration.
Requirements:
- Well-versed in Permit Declarations, Customs Procedures, Import / Export / LC documentation, Major Exporter Scheme is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP, WMS and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, Independent, meticulous and team player.
