Responsibilities & Duties:
- Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member
- Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members for the project
- Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow
- Offer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued
- Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress
- Implement incentives to keep the team motivated and focused on their daily tasks project goals
- Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
- Nurture collaboration amongst team members
- Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team
- Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts
- Write project Quarterly Business Review and Quarterly Plan on a regular basis.
- Reward team members for their continued efforts and celebrate accomplishments
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, or direct a team of employees, leaders should promote and facilitate communication
- Strong commercial acumen & business judgment
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to do the strategic planning of the project on a quarterly basis
- Ability to bear the Project KPI in the enterprise and break down the task with the team.
- Hands-on experience of overseeing/managing key accounts
- Highly-organised, with a strong ability to juggle multiple projects
- A self-starter, with the ability to think outside-of-the-box - must be able to think creatively, contribute to creative business discussions, and influence the thinking and decision-making of others
- Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills, and be able to work with people at all levels
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the technology industry
- Ability to endure the high stress
- Business-level fluency in English
- Self-starter, who can work autonomously but also a real team player
- Strong interest in startup culture and a willingness to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
- The position is based in Singapore. Willingness & ability to travel locally and internationally
