Digital Content Scheduler
Responsibilities:
- Prepare digital content for display on our media assets;
- Receive materials and sort according to screening schedule and location; data entry into the system of required screening parameters (date, duration, location cluster etc);
- Able to guide client/partners on using existing templates;
- Perform pre-screening content layout, programming and configuration of file formats;
- Adjust file format, amend picture/video dimensions, compress files, refine resolution etc;
- Test-check files for quality before upload;
- Post approved content onto digital media assets through Content Management System (CMS);
- Upload files into CMS according to screening schedule for multiple clients across varying locations daily;
- Make adjustments to uploaded content and edit screening schedules;
- At times required to attend to adhoc, urgent content upload requests after work hours.
Requirements:
- Good work ethics, Willing to learn, meticulous and a team player
- Training will be provided.
- Able to read Chinese and operate Chinese software
- 1-2 years working experience, fresh school leaver is also welcome
- Some basic knowledge of common graphic design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc) is good to have but not a must.
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- Advantageous to have worked on web-based CMS
