Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, organizing & manages project development upon project assigned with internal function/customers/sub-contractors/project team
- Track project milestones, project progress, develop progress report with required documentations & presentations
- Execute project in accordance with project management system & processes
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & complete assigned project tasks
- Responsible for end-to-end from planning, executing, coordinating, monitoring, & delivering the project
- Maintain filing & backup of project documentations
- Identify risks & critical paths in projects & works with project team to provide risks mitigation &/or backup plan
- Escalate issues & critical paths timely
- Comply with help to enforce standard policies & processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE "O" Level or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Skill(s): Project, Building & Construction
- Competent in AutoCAD Software, 3D Studio Max, V-RAY Software, SketchUp or BIM is an added advantage
- Good organizational skills & follow-up ability
- Strong analytical & communication skill
- Strong time management skills
- Possess of Class 3 licence is preferred
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
