Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant
- Provide secretariat support for the clinical division, i.e. organisation of meetings, coordination of meeting logistics, minutes taking
- Assist the designated roster planners in coordinating the division’s monthly roster and ensure accuracy & timely input of the roster in the roster system
- Assist in the clinical division’s administrative matters, such as establishing and maintaining the records of official documents and correspondences
- Support in audit includes liaising and coordinate with related sections
- Support in travel arrangements, such as booking ferry/flight, making hotel reservations and etc.
- assist in organising corporate events and activities.
Requirement:
- Min. GCE N/O Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Meticulous and independent
- Comfortable to work in healthcare settings
