About the Role:
In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the art studio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your centre's performance: You'll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly, contributing to the overall success of the centre.
- Welcoming inquiries: Be the friendly face of our Art Studio! You'll address all enquiries from parents with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Administrative Wizard: You'll handle registrations, fee collection, and manage essential paperwork, ensuring everything is kept organized and up-to-date.
- Keeping the Studio Stocked: Conduct stock-taking and ensure the studio is well-equipped with all the necessary art materials and stationery for a fun and creative learning experience.
- Safety First: You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all students in the studio.
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, fostering a sense of belonging and connection to the community.
Work Schedule:
- Tuesdays to Fridays: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Sundays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Who We're Looking For:
- A passionate and enthusiastic individual with a love for art and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with parents, students, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A reliable and proactive individual with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Experience working with children is a plus!
