Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Single onsite contact point for client for all contingent workforce and services
• Provide advice relating to contingent workforce and services to end users
• Act as central point of contact to disseminate all contingent requisitions, work closely with internal and external stakeholders (including but not limiting to line managers and vendors) to ensure delivery of end to end services
• Work as the main touch point for client required checks and clearance process, in accordance to client pre fixed parameters and escalation matrixes
• Track and manage vendors' performance
• Maintain and work with account management team members on tracking / reporting of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Develops strong relationships with new and existing client end-users
• Demonstrates understanding for the client's priorities, processes, policies and procedures
• Seeks first-hand client feedback, proactively identifies work with account management team on work processes that improve speed, productivity, efficiency, cost, and/or the client and associate experience
• Actively participate / execute projects deliverables from time to time
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or HR; with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience from a customer fronting or service environment will be advantageous
• Must be able to function in complex and matrix environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals is essential
• Good communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skills are required
• Individual must be able to function independently/autonomously yet know when to get management involved
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
