Senior Executive
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform accurate replenishment for all spare parts and consumables RSL, RMA and Consignment.
- Accurately maintain parts database for new part additions, changes, cost and status (obsolete, end of life, etc.)
- Disposition and processing of excess, end of life, aging and scrap inventory
- Proactively review spares and consumption stock levels and make recommendations that will avoid excess or shortage inventory issues
- Warehouse inventory management including inventory accuracy and cyclecount
- Generate and manage weekly/monthly indicator report
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous warehouse and logistic management experience required
- Advance level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on SAP management and improvement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with peers and management
