Responsibilities
- Maintain service quality according to agreements.
- Efficiently handle inbound and outbound logistics and warehouse operations.
- Liaise with stakeholders in EMEA, NA, and APAC regions.
- Supervise automation for productivity enhancement.
- Keep accurate records and performance metrics for warehouse operations.
- Manage administrative tasks for compliance and paperwork processing.
- Ensure timely and safe freight movement using forecasting methods.
- Oversee day-to-day TMS operations and serve as an expert in EWM and WM.
- Track consignments for efficient logistics management.
- Ensure warehouse operations meet departmental goals.
- Maintain high standards for product delivery performance.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders for accurate and timely deliveries.
- Lead Lean Projects to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure prompt and accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
- Arrange timely pickup of consignments by transport companies.
- Mentor and provide career development opportunities to team members.
- Maximize cost-effectiveness with service providers, meeting OTIF targets.
- Analyze management and financial reports for departmental oversight.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Business or Supply Chain / Logitics Management
- Min 10 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- 5 years of experience in supervisory role
- Knowledge in SAP ERP, WM and EWM, Power BI and Smartsheet
- Possess Hazardous Substances Certification (IATA Dangerous Good Regulation)
- Experience in Workplace Occupational Health & Safety (Good Distribution Practice)
- Knowledge in Lean & Six Sigma
