Job Description:
- Material Ordering and Budget tracketing on quantities for main materials (e.g. rebar,tiles)
- Measurement, payment response, and evaluation of VO for the subcontractor.
- Measurement and VO submission to Client / Consultants.
- Ensure meticulous assessment of costs for all VO works.
- Advisting project team on contractual rights.
- Source for suppliers / subcontractors and generate quotation reports.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Miniumem 2 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
- Knowledge in PSSCOC and SIA.
- Good team player.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
