CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE/EXECUTIVE

Jnc Logistics (s) Pte. Ltd.

Job Description

· In Charge of Import/Export Documentation & Processes

· Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement)

· Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations;

· Handling customer enquires or complaints

· Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.

· Other Administrative and ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements

· Minimum GCE N or O level

· Required to speaks to our Chinese counterparts

· Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player

· Preferably with Logistics/ Shipping / Freight Forwarding Experience
