Job Requirements :
- Demonstrated track record of at least 10 years of managerial experience in the LNG industry.
- Guiding managers on implementing company initiatives and policies
- Strong change management skills and experience leading organisational transitions to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
