Job Overview:
As an HR Manager in the food and beverage industry, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's human resources strategies to ensure effective management of employee recruitment, training, performance management, and benefits administration. You will work closely with the management team to achieve the company's HR objectives and ensure a healthy, safe, and enjoyable work environment for employees.
Responsibilities:
· To manage full spectrum of HRM / HRD functions, including foreign workers
· Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to align with company goals.
· Manage the recruitment, selection, and hiring of suitable employees to meet business needs.
· Design and implement employee training and development plans to enhance employee skills and business performance.
· Manage employee relations, handle employee complaints and disputes, and provide appropriate resolutions.
· Oversee the performance evaluation process, develop incentive, and reward plans to promote employee performance and development.
· Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and relevant regulations.
· Assist the management team in developing and executing HR budgets.
· Provide advice and support on employee benefit plans to improve employee satisfaction with benefits.
· Supervise employee health and safety programs to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
· Manage general administrative matters.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· At least 5 years of HR management experience in the food and beverage industry or related fields.
· Familiarity with Singapore labour laws and relevant regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with employees and management team.
· Leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
· Organizational and planning skills, able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
· Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
