We are looking for an executive to join our People and Organisation team, where you will be supporting our department’s daily operations. You will also be working on projects related to learning & development and recruitment.
You will:
- Support the department in human resources operations as well as strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of *SCAPE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives related to learning and development, and support the administration and coordination of these programs, workshops, and training sessions. This includes maintenance of training materials, resources, and documentation.
- Support in recruitment efforts, with a focus on research and conducting targeted searches to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Supports in enhancing frameworks, policies or work processes pertaining to Human Resources functions, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Retention, Performance Review and Assessment, Learning, Training & Development etc.
- Supports the department in any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant Human Resource related experience, including internships. Prior experience in talent acquisition, L&D, and/or HR operations will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Resourceful, and able to work independently as well as a team member to meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience with Power Automate, or an interest in HR Analytics will be advantageous.
