- Conceptualise ideas for creative and interactive web, app and kiosk designs.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points and objectives.
- Gather data-driven insights and maximise collected data to perform design actions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualise and effectively communicate design ideas and user flow.
- Design visually stunning and engaging user interfaces and flows that adhere to design principles, branding guidelines and best practices.
- Apply responsive web principles and SEO best practices to web UI/UX.
- Collaborate with project managers, product managers, developers and clients to ensure that designs are feasible, within scope and aligned with project goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, design and AI tools, and emerging technologies to ensure personal relevance in the industry and contribute to the continuous growth of the design process.
- Critique constructively the designs of other agencies, partners, and team members.
- Work on various CMS tools like WordPress Elementor, Vev, Webflow, etc to create website designs.
- Translate design into reality by finding innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing or related studies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role requiredProficiency in web design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Required Solid understanding of user-centric design principles, data-driven design concepts and usability best practices
- Solid understanding of SEO (especially on-page)
- Familiarity with the management of various Social Media platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS and other similar web-building platforms will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Photography, and Video Editing skills will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Digital Media file formats and Digital Marketing publishing platforms like Mailchimp will be an advantage.
