Job Responsibilities

• Lesson Preparation and Delivery: Develop and conduct engaging English lessons based on our structured curriculum.
• Student Evaluation: Assess student performance to ensure educational goals are met.
• Progress Reporting: Generate and deliver comprehensive progress reports at the end of each term.
• Parent and Student Engagement: Address inquiries related to student progress and maintain a proactive relationship with parents.
• Enrolment Management: Contribute to sustaining and increasing class enrollment through quality education and engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Provide valuable feedback on educational materials and participate actively in team meetings to refine teaching methods.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage classroom administrative duties efficiently.
• Safety and Environment: Ensure a secure and stimulating environment that fosters learning and development.

Qualifications

• Passion for Teaching: Strong desire to engage and inspire children in the age group of N2 to P6.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, composition, and verbal skills.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in any field; degrees in education, English, literature, or related fields are advantageous.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities with both children and adults.
• Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 6:15 PM) and 2-3 weekdays (2:30 PM to 9 PM).
• Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with mainstream school English subjects is a plus.
