SERVICE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing service operations to ensure quality customer support and after-sales services.
- Provide training to the service and maintenance team.
- Initiation, scheduling, coordination and follow up of services activity.
- Assign task and service job to service engineers/technicians.
- Collaboration with external vendor when the service job requires resource efficiency such as product repair, installation, and/or other services.
- Planning, and ensure documentation and reporting of service activities.
- In-charge of following up the client with the maintenance tasks.
- Handling customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- With 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
