Responsibilities:
• Research in the microgrid algorithm technology innovations and applications, and undertake one or more of the following responsibilities:
• Research the innovation of system architecture and key technologies of renewable energy microgrid, gain insights on the technologies and trends of microgrid algorithm, and assist experts in making judgments and planning.
• Propose efficient solutions for algorithms and problems related to microgrid and carry out related verifications.
• Standardization of microgrid control system and strategies, propose improvement solutions to the key problems, and carry out relevant verifications.
Requirements
• PhD in Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, and other relevant studies.
• Have a background related to power electronics, automation control and algorithm design and development.
• Familiar with renewable energy power electronics converter topologies, control algorithm, grid forming technology, etc.
• Familiar with microgrid topologies, control system structures, protection strategies, energy management system, etc.
• Able to design, implement, or verify key algorithms, hardware and hardware in the loop verification systems for microgrid control algorithm independently
• Have good independent research capability and excellent technical insight with innovative ideas.
• Professional communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese in order to laise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers.
