Youle Mandarin is a young and dynamic Pre-School and Primary School Mandarin Enrichment School. We specialize in Mandarin programmes for children ages 1 to 12.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR management which includes employee life cycle management, talent acquisition, and retention, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
- Establishes and leads the recruiting and selection process which includes sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, etc
- Performs recruitment efforts for all personnel and conducts new employee onboarding and exit interviews
- Maintains personnel records and prepares reports as required
- Maintains company staff directory and organizational charts
- Develops and updates HR budgets
- Monitors and tracks the leave for financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
- 5 years of HR experience
- Experience preferred in the education field
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess critical thinking abilities
- Resourceful with proven problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people at all levels
- Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements, and other local statutory requirements.
