Admin/Accounts Clerk

Job Description:

  • Manage and support day-to-day administrative works.
  • Maintain Equipment records & servicing schedule including renewal of boat or equipment certification or insurance /licenses.
  • Sourcing for marine equipment and products and handle daily purchasing operation .
  • Prepare PO & Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery requirements.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Director.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and good with multitasking and prioritizing the work.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by head of department.

Job Specification

  • Minimum GCE O'Levels.
  • Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience in office matters.
  • Excellent Team Player who is meticulous and efficient.
  • Able to work independently and/or as a team and has good computer skills.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and tight deadlines.
  • Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills.
