Job Description:
- Manage and support day-to-day administrative works.
- Maintain Equipment records & servicing schedule including renewal of boat or equipment certification or insurance /licenses.
- Sourcing for marine equipment and products and handle daily purchasing operation .
- Prepare PO & Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery requirements.
- Provide secretarial support to the Director.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and good with multitasking and prioritizing the work.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by head of department.
Job Specification
- Minimum GCE O'Levels.
- Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience in office matters.
- Excellent Team Player who is meticulous and efficient.
- Able to work independently and/or as a team and has good computer skills.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and tight deadlines.
- Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills.
