Job Purpose:
The Business Development role focuses on the growth for the Vending Machine segment of our ready-to-eat brand, Taste Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market survey and analysis on current market trends, specifically in Vending Machine sales
- Replying to email/phone/message enquiries from Taste Asia website
- Replying to Ready Meal client emails (Delivery arrangement, Product specifications)
- Handling Sales emails and enquiries for OEM product requests
- Liaising for Exhibition with Events Organizers, including Contractor, and Graphic Designer
- Liaising with Production Team and Food Technologist for OEM/New Products and/or Special Bulk Orders
- Involved in Food Tasting with Clients and/or Management
- Sending of New Product Launches to existing client base and/or Cold emails to potential clients
- Support Sales & Marketing Manager in seeking new clients and partners for interests in deployment of food vending machines
- Support Sales & Marketing in engagement of partners who expressed interest in Ready Meals for overseas export
Skills/Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or other equivalent course
- Candidates with prior Sales and Marketing experience, will be an advantage
- Ability to multi-task, work under intense pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professionally fluent in English and Mandarin as the role involves direct communication with our English & Mandarin speaking associates, ensuring effective and accurate exchange of information.
