Assistant HR Executive (Recruitment)

Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and handling full spectrum of recruitment activities while ensuring the right placement of candidates to achieve the Company’s overall strategic and financial objectives.


Responsibilities

· Liaise with hiring managers to identify and evaluate hiring needs

· Post job advertisements on various recruitment job posting channels

· Source and monitor new and potential job portals and recruitment avenues.

· Pre-screen resumes and evaluate candidate’s qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility for the advertised job position

· Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews

· Initiate and negotiate employment offer to shortlisted candidates

· Prepare and handle on-boarding matters

· Compile weekly Recruitment Report

· Process and monitor the status of Manpower Requisition Forms

· Manage and advise on work pass applications

· Lead and organize in campus talks and recruitment fairs

· Lead and propose new recruitment initiatives (Internship, School Programs Etc)

· Identify and implement potential Government linked HR initiatives (RRA, PCP, CSP Etc)

· Handle and support overseas recruitment

· Create new employee’s P-file details into HR system

· Create and manage JSJD for all positions

· Manage, train and monitor the BU support team on their recruitment needs

· Other ad hoc duties as assigned

· To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.

· To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.


Requirements

· Preferably Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

· Computer literate in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience

· Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

· Proactive, self-motivated and able to provide solutions to problems

· Ability to lead and instill team spirit in work
