Your Future Role
- Welcome and Connect: Approach customers warmly, creating a positive first impression for our brand.
- Active Listening: Pay attention to customers’ preferences and needs, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Responsible for converting sales across various channels (walk-ins, emails, chats, etc.).
- Design Solutions: Provide design-focused solutions customized to customers’ desires (home décor style, floor plans, etc.).
- Customer Relationships: Cultivate relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Professional Handling: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and effective problem-solving.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to showroom maintenance, stock management, and operational tasks.
Salary:
$2,500 base per month, with incentives and commissions
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Bilingual language skills a plus, depending on the target customer demographic.
