Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Support Executive located in Singapore. The Marketing & Sales Support Executive will be responsible for creating visuals / label artwork, as well as providing all administrative support including preparation of Quotation and Contract etc. to the Sales Team. The Executive will also be handling customer’s account and managing all orders for 100% fulfilment of orders with zero shortfall.
Business Development
- Manage key accounts
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Resolve problems / Case Management and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Making cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Convert leads into accounts by proposing customized solutions to their problems
- Ensure budget and time requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Able to do sales projection and meet sales targets
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process
- Representing the Company at trade exhibitions, events and conventions
- Provide guidance to junior staffs
- To perform any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior
Sales Support
- Provide all administrative support to the Sales & Sales Support Department, including preparation of Quotation and Contract, Creating New Account form & Action form, follow up on Direct Piping Dispenser Servicing etc
- Manage workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts and other statistics to support sales function
- Manage Sales Support team to ensure all orders are fulfilled within satisfactory timeline; without any Shortfall
- Manage Customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
- Manage Contract Renewal and Account servicing / follow up on Cases
- Checking of Gebiz and Preparation of all Tender Submission
- Any other duties assigned by Superior
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or any other related field of discipline
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in Corporate Sales or Business Development in FMCG industry; preferably in Food & Beverage Industry
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator / MS Office
- Able to demonstrate graphic design skills with a good portfolio will be a plus point
- Good verbal & written skills; Confident to communicate with all levels / different cultural backgrounds
- Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service;
- Meticulous, organized, tactful; able to take initiative and has strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, self-discipline, independent, patient and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
