Event Executive ( 1 year contract, up to $3,500 per month)
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Mon- Fri (8.30am-6pm)
Job Description
- Set up the standard operating processes and templates to support global events and international operations at scale.
- Coordinating with partners, setting up/maintaining event registration pages, drafting marketing materials, sending marketing materials via SGN’s marketing platforms, tracking event sign-ups or assisting in post-event matters.
- Assist in back-of-house operations as part of the enhanced partnership framework. This includes but not limited to procuring services from vendors, drafting partnership agreements with corporate partners, coordinating with relevant parties involved in the operations, setting up meetings/progress updates, tracking the agreements, managing marketing inventories and handling of data entry/processing for internal systems.
- Support ad-hoc office admin matters where required.
Requirement
- At least a diploma in any discipline with one to three years of working experience in marketing, communications, administration or operations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and project management skills and able to multitask.
- Able to use Microsoft Office proficiently.
- Must be comfortable with working with digital tools or eager to learn how to use digital tools such as Salesforce, event and social media management platforms
