- Conduct orientation training for new employees.
- Design and conduct training briefing in the company with business development unit for employees.
- Maintain and review training course schedule
- Support the development of training roadmap
- Provide personalized coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance, fostering a results-oriented culture within the organization
- Plan and execute quarterly and annual learning conferences, showcasing the latest industry trends and best practices
Requirement
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences in L&D management or related field
- At least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience in Blockchain industry is a must
