A HR Risk & Governance Analyst role in Singapore for a Financial Institution.

The client is a Financial Institution with a global presence offering products ranging from corporate, personal, private banking, as well as investment banking and capital markets. They are looking for a HR Risk & Control to join their expanding team to support in HR governance matters.
Your new role
You will be supporting the HR governance of APAC offices, under the guidance of a senior HR Risk & Control personnel. You will be working closely with the HR SSC team, audit & compliance team to ensure adherence of operations according to applicable regulations. Your role involves management of the regulatory compliance management system, audit review assistance, annual review of JD, Fit & Proper check, RNF, as well as ad-hoc employee relations matters such as disciplinary meetings and letter drafting.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need at least 2 years of HR experience, as well as:
- Experience working in a Shared Service environment
- Good understanding of HR processes & labour law
- Financial Industry background
- (bonus) HR governance experience
