General Ledgers
- Monitoring Exchange Rate
- Prepare and bank reconciliations for all banks in monthly basis
- Maintain Fixed Asset register
- Prepare and maintaining Balance Sheet Schedules for audit purposed in monthly basis
- Validate & check inventory adjustment entries
- Prepare assets depreciation journal in month end closing
- Supporting to prepare Fixed Assets schedule and Right-of-Use Asset Schedule in monthly basis Review & Analyse GL accounts to make sure expenses are capture in correct code, departments and period
- Prepare SGA Analysis report Journal Entries for Closing include reclassification entries Payment entries for non-AP related Eg CPF, GST payment
GST Reporting
- Prepare, check and verify GST Report and prepare GST Form 5 monthly basis
- Reconcile ME Permit (Import & Export) in monthly basis
- Prepare and posting journal entry for GST Payable after submission of GST Returned in quarterly basis
Other duties assigned:
- Support and assist in audit preparation/queries during interim and final audit
- Support in Tax preparation
- Support in monthly & Quarterly closing reporting
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
