Responsibilities:
- Manage projects with external clients and internal accounting servicing team & studio
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the above teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Compile project reports and creative proposals
- Conduct research by interacting with clients and consumers in person or over the phone
- Gather insights through emails and other communication channels
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a related field
- Experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles, preferably with a degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field
- Proficiency with SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools such as autopilot, lemlist, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing management with expertise in digital marketing, communications, and brand management
- Senior Project Executive: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Assistant Project Manager: Minimum 6 years and above of relevant working experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Patience and perseverance in customer interactions, with prior customer service experience preferred
