We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Intern to support the risk function for a 3 to 6 months internship program. As a Risk Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various risk management initiatives within the Company. This internship is designed to provide valuable insights into risk management and regulatory compliance in the financial digital assets industry.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Assist in developing a risk assessment program to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Contribute to risk assessment processes, including the evaluation of the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and analyze risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support the implementation of risk mitigation plans and monitor progress.
  • Analyze relevant data to identify trends and patterns that may have implications for enterprise risk management.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive risk documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports for key stakeholders and management, summarizing risk assessments, and recommending risk mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their risk landscape and incorporate their insights into the overall risk management strategy.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and participate in training sessions to enhance organizational understanding of risk management concepts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in risk management and compliance.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good understanding of financial services and the regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior internship or coursework related to risk management or compliance is a plus.
