Job Description / Requirements:
The HR Admin performs a variety of human resource and admin support tasks including, but not limited to the following:
Updating Staff Leave Balance (AL / MC)
MC Reports
Overtime Consolidation & Report
Attendance Reports
Contacting and interviewing job applicants
Job Applicants Report
Tracking & Filing of staff evaluation, incident reports
New Staff onboarding (briefing on SOPs, employee handbook)
Staff Confirmation
Foreign Workers Work Pass Renewals
Staff Feedback - consolidate and report
Propose ways to increase staff satisfaction
Sending Operations, safety, work related reminders
Roster daily updates
Update Employee Handbook
Update SOPs
Posting out Job Openings (for events etc)
Creating & Expanding PT / Contractors
Oversee office supplies are adequate
Familiarise with MOM employment laws and regulations
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Responsibilities:

- Handling paperwork
- Prepare and submit reports
- Answering and handling queries via phone calls and/or emails
- Capability to stay organized and maintain detailed records
- Impeccable time-management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Identify and address discrepancies in all documentation
- Update all databases and spreadsheets
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the management

Setting calendar appointments
Flexible work arrangements can be discussed.
Able to work Mondays to Fridays 9am to 7pm (10 hours inclusive of 1 hour break)
Office working environment
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
