- Ensure that the outlet operates effectively, adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity and implement strategies to improve results.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed overall sales targets and revenue goals.
- Uphold and enforce the Company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Address customer feedback, complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, working with the team to find solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Lead, motivate and mentor team members
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback & coaching to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, growth and a commitment to excellence.
- Leading the outlet staff in philosophy learning and application so as to enhance team efficiency
- Achieve outlet monthly sales target
